We Review Your Info
We’ll read through what you sent and determine if there’s potential fit. If we’re not the right team, we’ll tell you honestly and try to point you in a helpful direction.

Discovery Call
If it looks like a good match, we’ll schedule a 30-45 minute call to dig deeper into your goals, challenges, and what success looks like for you. No sales pitch, just conversation.

Proposal & Partnership
If we both agree it’s a fit, we’ll put together a proposal with our recommended approach, timeline, and investment. Then we get to work.

What people usually ask
How much do your projects typically cost?
Most of our projects range from $15,000 to $50,000, though scope varies significantly. We also offer 12-month partnership plans starting at $1,500/month for organizations who want ongoing support. We price based on the value we're delivering, not hours worked.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take 3-6 months from kickoff to launch. Complex builds with custom functionality can take longer. Rush timelines are available for an additional investment, but we rarely recommend them—quality work takes time.
Do you work with clients outside Michigan and Chicago?
Absolutely. We work with organizations across the country. Most of our communication happens via video calls and project management tools. Geography hasn't been a limitation for seventeen years. Past and current clients are from: Arizona, California, Virginia, Texas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Washington, the UK, and more.
What if we already have a developer/designer?
That can work. We've partnered with in-house teams who need strategic guidance, custom WordPress development, or specialized expertise. Let's talk about what you need and whether we complement your existing team.
Do you offer maintenance and ongoing support?
Yes, and we recommend it. Most of our clients stay with us long-term because websites need ongoing optimization, security updates, and strategic evolution. We offer monthly partnership plans for exactly this reason.
What platform do you build on?
WordPress is our primary platform—it's flexible, maintainable, and gives you control. But we've built custom solutions when the project calls for it. We choose technology based on your needs, not our preferences.
