PROPOSAL

Church Investors Fund — SEO Foundations

Church Investors Fund is already showing up in organic search — and that’s worth paying attention to. This proposal outlines a focused first phase: establishing a reliable baseline of search performance before committing to any ongoing SEO work.

The goal here is clarity. Once we can see what’s actually happening, every decision after it gets easier — and every dollar gets spent smarter.

OVERVIEW

Early Visibility, No Baseline Yet

Church Investors Fund is already seeing early signs of organic visibility — appearing in search results for terms like church financing and generating inbound interest.

That’s a genuinely good sign. But right now, that visibility is anecdotal, unmeasured, and not yet aligned with a defined strategy. We know it’s happening because someone noticed — not because anything is tracking it.

Why a Baseline Comes First

Search today is highly personalized and increasingly shaped by AI-generated results. Two people searching the same term can see completely different pages. Without a baseline, it isn’t possible to determine what is actually working, where the real opportunities are, or whether future efforts are effective.

This phase is focused on one thing: clarity before action.

Anecdotal

What we know about current visibility is based on individual experience — someone searched, someone found the site. It hasn’t been observed systematically, so we can’t tell how often it really happens.

Unmeasured

There’s no tracking in place to capture how much search traffic is arriving, which terms drive it, or what visitors do once they land. The data simply isn’t being collected yet.

Not Yet Strategic

Current visibility isn’t tied to a defined plan. Without a baseline, there’s no way to direct effort toward the terms, pages, and audiences that actually move the needle.

PHASE 1

Scope of Work

1. Measurement Setup

Establish the core tracking systems that capture real search performance data: Google Analytics 4 for traffic and engagement, Google Search Console for search visibility and keyword data, conversion tracking for form fills and key actions, and a lightweight reporting dashboard.

Outcome: Clear visibility into how users are finding and interacting with the site.

2. Current Visibility Analysis

Understand how Church Investors Fund is currently appearing in search: keyword impressions and rankings, click-through behavior, high-performing vs underperforming queries, and branded vs non-branded traffic. Special attention to church financing, church loans, church building funding, and variants that may or may not align with Baptist-specific positioning.

Outcome: Clarity on whether current visibility is consistent or situational.

3. Audience Alignment Review

Evaluate whether search visibility is reaching the right audience: broad vs qualified traffic, denominational relevance (Baptist-specific vs general church searches), and intent-mismatch opportunities.

Outcome: Identification of where visibility may be attracting the wrong audience — or missing the right one.

4. Technical SEO Snapshot

A quick audit of foundational site health: indexing and crawlability, page structure and metadata, site performance basics, and any key technical blockers.

Outcome: Identification of any issues that could limit search performance.

5. Opportunity Mapping

Translate the findings into clear next steps: priority keyword opportunities, content gaps, structural improvements, and quick wins vs longer-term plays.

Outcome: A focused roadmap for future SEO efforts — without committing to execution yet.

the approach

Measured, Low-Risk, and Data-First

This phase is intentionally measured and low-risk. Rather than jumping straight into ongoing SEO work, we take three deliberate steps:

1. Establish a baseline. Get real measurement in place so performance can be observed, not guessed at.
2. Understand what is actually happening. Read the data for patterns — not just a single snapshot.
3. Identify where effort will produce meaningful results. Separate the quick wins from the longer-term plays.

This ensures any future investment is strategic, measurable, and aligned with the right audience. Nothing gets committed until the picture is clear.

What You'll Receive

At the end of Phase 1, Church Investors Fund receives:

  • An SEO Foundations Report — clear and non-technical
  • A keyword and visibility summary
  • Audience alignment insights
  • Technical findings and recommendations
  • A prioritized opportunity roadmap

The work runs over 4–6 weeks, which allows for proper data collection, genuine pattern recognition rather than a one-time snapshot, and informed recommendations.

Investment

Phase 1 is a single, fixed-scope engagement — no tiers, no upsell. Pricing reflects the depth of analysis and the size of the site.

Phase 1

SEO Foundations

$1,500

The complete Phase 1 scope: measurement setup, current visibility analysis, audience alignment review, technical SEO snapshot, and opportunity mapping — delivered as a clear, non-technical SEO Foundations Report with a prioritized roadmap.

Estimated timeline: 4–6 weeks, primarily for measurement
