3 More Top Google Fonts for Web 2021

Here are some free Google fonts are loving right now.

Google Fonts can be overwhelming to sort through, and not all are great for web design. Here are our top three Google Fonts for the web for Fall/Winter 2021!

Maven Pro is an interesting Sans Serif. The shapes of the letters almost feel robotic, but this unusual spacing makes it highly legible. I think this is an excellent font if you want an alternative to Open Sans, Roboto, or Lato as your primary font.

Try pairing it with Roboto.

Do you need a little Serif to add some traditional gravitas to your website text? Playfair is a contemporary take on the classic Serif styles of the 18th-century with a less formal feel.

I like font-weight 400 and 900, depending on how much of a statement you want to make.

Try pairing it with Nunito (another favorite of ours) or Georgia.

Do you love the art deco era as much as we do? It is hard to remember a period with such a distinctive style permeating all corners of building design, typography, fashion, and home trends.

Josefin Sans is a beautiful nod to the geometric type designs that were popular in the 1920s. I love this font as a stylized headline. It adds class to any blog or website looking for something modern but more distinct than Open Sans or Roboto.

Try pairing it with Lato.
